Top 4 Natural Ways to Fortify Lashes

I’m a firm believer in natural beauty. I feel that women everywhere should feel empowered by their own natural beauty which is found within. So while eyelash conditioners are great for fortifying your lashes, there are additional all-natural steps you can take to make your lashes lovelier. All of these steps have the added benefit of being good for your body, not just your lashes, and they’re as close as your local drugstore or health food store!

1.    Essential Fatty Acids

Essential fatty acids are a must for helping your body function at its prime, but there are two in particular that are good for hair growth. Omega-3 fatty acid helps regulate your cells’ functions and extends the life cycle of each hair follicle; Omega-3 is commonly found in olive oil. Omega-6 fatty acid is responsible for stimulating cell renewal and hair growth and provides essential amino acids needed to produce protein. 2.    B Vitamins

B vitamins are a group of 8 distinct water-soluble vitamins that are essential for cell metabolism. The most important of these vitamins when talking about eyelash health are B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), and B8 (biotin). All of these vitamins together help regulate skin cell production, slow down the process of hair thinning, stimulates hair thickening, and promotes hair growth.
